1) Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rewards Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You should also read our Privacy Policy.

2) Service Overview (for clarity)

  • Faucet: ₹0.30 per claim, once every 15 minutes (cooldown enforced).
  • Referral: single-level 5% on each referral claim (₹0.015 per referral claim) for direct invites only. No multi-level or network-depth payouts.
  • Coupons: fixed, rule-based promotional codes (no lucky draws or chance elements).
  • Rewards Ledger (“Wallet”): shows earned rewards only; we do not take user deposits/top-ups or allow P2P transfers.
  • Withdrawals: request at ₹500; admin verifies and pays via UPI/bank and updates status.

3) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering a contract.
  • One person = one account. Multiple accounts, identity spoofing, or sharing accounts is prohibited.
  • Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4) Prohibited Conduct (Zero-Tolerance)

  • Bots, scripts, automation, or emulators.
  • VPN/proxy/tor or any method to mask location/device for abuse.
  • Multi-accounting, fake/self-referrals, referral rings, or claim manipulation.
  • Tampering with cookies, headers, timers, APIs, or page logic.
  • Misuse of coupons (code scraping, resale, or bypassing limits).
  • Spam, misleading claims, hate/abuse, or illegal activity.

5) Faucet Rules

  • Rate: ₹0.30 per successful claim.
  • Cooldown: 15 minutes between claims per account/device/IP (we may apply additional limits).
  • Fair-use: We may cap daily claims to protect stability and prevent abuse.
  • Visibility: We may change faucet mechanics/rates with notice in product or on our blog.

6) Referral Programme (Single-Level Only)

  • Earn 5% of each direct referral’s faucet claim (lifetime while both accounts remain compliant).
  • No earnings on second-level or deeper users.
  • We may set reasonable caps (per referral/day/month) to prevent abuse.
  • Self-referrals, device sharing, or circular networks are not allowed and will be reversed.

7) Coupons & Promotions

  • Coupons provide deterministic benefits with stated value, rules, and validity.
  • Each code may have per-user, per-day, or total-use limits.
  • We may suspend/revoke coupon benefits for misuse or policy violations.
  • No chance-based giveaways or lotteries are offered.

8) Rewards Ledger & Balances

  • The “wallet” is an accounting ledger of earned rewards, not a stored-value instrument.
  • We do not accept user deposits/top-ups; no P2P transfer of balances.
  • We may place holds or reverse entries linked to fraud, abuse, or errors.

9) Withdrawals & Payouts

  • Threshold: ₹500 minimum ledger balance to request withdrawal.
  • Method: manual UPI/bank payment after review; status updated to Paid on completion.
  • Timeline: typical review window 2–3 business days; high-volume or verification checks may take longer.
  • Verification: we may require basic name/UPI match and, in risk/threshold cases, PAN before payout.
  • Reversals: if a payout includes fraudulent/invalid rewards, we may cancel, adjust, or seek recovery.
  • Fees: we do not charge a withdrawal fee; your bank/UPI provider may apply its own charges (if any).

10) Anti-Fraud & Compliance Actions

  • We use device/IP fingerprinting, velocity checks, and anomaly detection.
  • We may hold, limit, or suspend accounts, freeze balances, or reverse rewards if abuse is suspected.
  • Severe or repeated violations can result in termination and forfeiture of illegitimate rewards.

11) Content & Community Standards

  • Keep posts, usernames, and messages lawful and respectful.
  • No spam, scams, or misleading “guaranteed income” claims.
  • We may remove content or restrict access to protect users and the platform.

12) Changes to Features & Rates

  • We may modify faucet rates, cooldowns, coupon availability, referral caps, or other mechanics.
  • Material changes will be announced in-app or on our blog/updates page.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13) Intellectual Property & Licence

  • Platform content, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Rewards Centre or licensors.
  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for personal, lawful purposes.
  • Do not copy, resell, frame, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform or its content.

14) Feedback

  • Suggestions or feedback you share may be used by us without obligation to you.
  • Do not submit confidential or proprietary information as feedback.

15) Data & Privacy

  • We process personal data under the Privacy Policy.
  • Using the platform means you consent to processing as described there.

16) Disclaimers

  • Rewards are not guaranteed; they depend on your activity, system availability, and compliance.
  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties (to the extent permitted by law).
  • We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

17) Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount of rewards paid to you in the preceding 3 months or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

18) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rewards Centre, its officers, and employees from claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or violation of law/third-party rights.

19) Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, legal requests, or risk concerns.
  • You may close your account anytime (subject to verification and pending reviews).
  • Certain terms (e.g., anti-fraud, IP, liability limits) survive termination.

20) Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Contact grievance@rewardscentre.in first; we aim to resolve issues within 48–72 business hours.
  • If unresolved, these Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Courts of [India] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

21) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages, cyber incidents, laws, disasters).

22) Severability & No Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our rights.

23) Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

24) Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific rules (e.g., coupon terms), form the entire agreement between you and Rewards Centre.
